I had a friend introduce me to spinning classes at the gym a few weeks ago, I am now obsessed! There is a instructor that I love. She totally reminds me of the granny {Ellen Albertini Dow} in Wedding Singer . She {pictures below} is the one who sings "Rapper's Delight" in the moive. Pam {the instructor} is 60, has triple the energy that I have. She is great. She kicks my butt with a great work out, and makes the class a blast, she so entertaining!

Good for your girl. I need to be inspired and have someone kick my butt into gear. If only my kids would go to the freakin day care!
